I have to relocate by the end of May 2019. So I am looking for a house for rent by owner. I do not like dealing with management companies! I am looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom house with a decent sized backyard and a garage. 2 bathrooms preferred but will consider 1 bath. If you are renting a house like this or know anybody who is, please let me know. I am a good tenant! I have references from previous landlords, from whom I have rented 13 years and 4+years . I pay my bills and rent in cash, for some that is a plus! I am quiet, and do not disrupt the neighborhood. Also if the place had RV parking that would be a big plus as I own a 32 ft RV and a trailer with 2 PWC’s. I also have a dog and a cat, both are well mannered indoor and outdoor animals. I love gardening so a space for that is nice too. I will keep your property well manicured and looking nice at all times. I am very handy with tools, so if it needs a little work or a fresh coat of paint I am willing and able to do that. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
